For bow or gun hunting, you'll be able to use the whole platform knowing it is going to be rock-solid. Climbing is as simple as standing up and sitting down. Just sit on the padded bar and ease the stand up to a great hunting height. Foot straps with heel cords give you the control you must have in order to maneuver around knots.
